Return Policies
All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is more convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date with receipt for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in its original condition and packaging may not be returned or exchanged without a receipt or after 14 days from the date of purchase. Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price in a form of store credit receipt or gift card, which will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.mylittlebebe.com or at our store location.
No cancellation, refund or exchange will be accepted on custom order and special order. Estimated delivery schedule does not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
All sale purchases are final; no refunds or store credits are available.
Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused in-stock furniture and travel merchandise returned in an opened or missing box.
MAIL-IN RETURNS:
- Repack the item into its original box.
- Write "RETURN" at the bottom of the receipt provided in your shipment and include it with the
items you are returning.
- Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. mylittlebebe will not be responsible for items that do not arrive at mylittlebebe.
